Ashley was born & raised in Toledo. The city holds a special place in her heart, as she loves being a part of a business owners entrepreneurial journey of pursuing their dream. She has successfully partnered with countless local businesses over the last 15 years in payroll & HR, payment processing, print media, advertising and of course, digital marketing. She finally decided in December of 2024 that it was her time to shine.

It was time to build a legacy of her own, on her own terms & share her experience, skills, & unique gifts with the community. With Align By Design Agency she can now truly make a lasting impact in her local community utilizing all her talents & doing something she genuinely loves.
